I am patient and efficient when troubleshooting issues, and I have a knack for explaining technical concepts in a way that is easy for users to understand. I am also proactive in my approach to support, and I often go the extra mile to resolve issues even when they are not my responsibility. Furthermore, when needed I am fully capable of providing mentoring/training for other colleagues/teams.
